What is your return policy?

All of our products are protected by the A Better Way 2A "Keep it G Guarantee". If anything in your order is unsatisfactory in terms of fit or condition, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide any assistance necessary to ensure you have a great experience. We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders placed within the continental US within 30 days. We will cover the shipping costs for the 1st return and any associated exchanges with that order number. Any subsequent shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us for any questions or concerns. 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders with USPS, and all orders are normally shipped within 5 days of purchase unless containing backordered items or specified otherwise. In case of damage to the contents of your package or the loss of items during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you. We also ship internationally to any and all countries. International customers are responsible for any and all import duties and/or charges incurred. We are not responsible for any law, regulation, or trade restriction in other countries regarding its products and/or products sold by A Better Way 2A LLC.

Do you warrantee your products?

Absolutely! We want you to feel confident that your purchase from us will last the duration of your need, and longer, but if it doesn't, we gotchu. All of our stickers and patches are covered by a 5-year warranty, and any product with our "A Better Way 2A" logo tag is covered by our "Keep It G Warranty." This warranty covers the life of a product while it is owned by the original purchaser. To submit a warranty claim, please email us with a picture of the product, short description of the issue, and order number if possible. We'll work with you to get a replacement, equivalent product, or store credit as soon as we can.

"I placed an order a few days ago and it hasn't shipped yet."

We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within a day or two but as a family-run business, sometimes delays are unavoidable. We have full-time jobs and a 1-year-old who we love to spend time with. If your order is delayed more than a few days, please reach out to us and we will happily assist you.

The design on my shirt is cracking after only a few washes. Can I get a replacement? 

Absolutely. Some of our shirts are printed on demand through a third party printer, using Direct to Garment printing. 99% of the time we don't have issues with the quality of the shirt or the print, but sometimes these variables don't work in our favor. Please email us and we will gladly send you a replacement.

Do you wholesale?

We offer wholesale pricing with low minimums on many of our products. Please reach out to us and we'll be happy to discuss specifics!

Can you make a specific patch or sticker for me?

We're always happy to take suggestions. We have a running list of ideas we would be happy to add yours to if it's something that fits well with our message. Reach out and run it by us!

Will you carry our product?

Who knows?! We're always looking for cool things to offer to people. Send a message with product specifics like pricing, MOQ's, images, etc. and we will get back to you.
